- ① Regarding arrival and departure periods

From an environmental perspective, we would like to produce only the number of items that our customers need.
Therefore, we use a made-to-order production system, where products are produced only after an order is received.Please note that after you place your order, we may have to cancel it if the fabric or other materials are out of stock.
<Time from order to delivery>
Regular products: Shortest delivery time is about 7 days, longest delivery time is about 1 month
(The conversion date is the date of confirmation of payment, not the date of order.)- *Both are based on business days. We do not accept orders or ship items on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product and the delivery area.
After adding to your cart, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that you cannot choose the shipping company.
Shipping is free for purchases over 15,000 yen.If you purchase multiple items, we may ship them separately in order to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

- ③About order cancellation

Products that are being processed cannot be cancelled.
Your order will be processed by 9am on the business day following your order.
- ④ Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address

If you are not at home, Sagawa Express will notify you by sending an absence notice. Please use the absence notice to request redelivery yourself.
Please note that any items that have been shipped more than 7 days ago will be automatically cancelled.- *If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
- ・We have noticed that many customers have forgotten to fill in their address, so please check it when purchasing.
- *If the storage period has expired, we will not be able to reship or refund your order.
If cancellations due to customer reasons (long-term absence, incorrect address) continue, we will take measures to restrict payment methods. Please receive your ordered items within the period.

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. However, if you order in-stock items and back-ordered items at the same time, they will be delivered at the same time as the back-ordered items.

- 1) Our store has a high inventory liquidity, so there may be cases where the product is out of stock or the shipment is defective after ordering. In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or the shipment is defective, we will contact you by email.
- 2) The color of the product may differ from the image due to the lighting conditions and indoors. Also, please understand that the color may differ depending on the characteristics of each monitor.
- 3) We do not accept color or size changes for orders that have been completed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size changes, different colors, different images, or actual measurements.
- Items that have been stained, dirty or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago cannot be exchanged or returned.
- *If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered If the product you received is found to be defective or is different from what you ordered, we will return the product or exchange it for the same product, depending on the circumstances.
(Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective products if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.)
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.

- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)
- Items without tags
- Items that have been delivered more than 3 days ago
- Used, altered, washed or dry cleaned items
- Products that have become smelly, dirty, or scratched while in the customer's possession
- 4) Once an order has been completed, we will not accept any changes, additions or cancellations to products.
