Application of Terms of Use
Before participating in this campaign, please read the following campaign terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") and participate in this campaign only if you agree to these conditions.

Regarding handling of submitted answers and comments
The answers and comments you post, as well as any materials you submit as an ambassador, may be introduced in this campaign, on other websites operated by our store, or on other media such as social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "our media").
Not all responses, comments, and materials submitted as an Ambassador will be used.
The copyright of the submitted content belongs to the participant who posted it; however, participants will not be able to assert any rights or make any claims or demands at a later date regarding their comments that have been published in our media.
How to announce the winners
After a rigorous selection process, winners will be contacted via Instagram's direct message function.
Please note that only the successful applicants will be notified about the results.
(Note) We do not accept inquiries regarding the winning results.
Regarding prize delivery
After notifying the winners of their win using the above method, they will be asked to register their shipping information (name, address, phone number, etc.) using a special form. The secretariat will contact the winners regarding the shipping of the prize.
Please note that due to circumstances, there may be some delay in shipping the prize.

Application Guidelines

If the Secretariat determines that the application requirements are not met, the application will be invalid.
In addition, if the Secretariat determines after a winning entry that the entry requirements were not met, the entry and winning will be invalidated, and the Secretariat may request the participant to return any prizes or other items.
Participation in this campaign is limited to those who reside in Japan and whose prize delivery address is in Japan.
This campaign is limited to one winning right per person. Even if you win through multiple SNS accounts, your winning right will only be valid once and the other winning rights will be invalid.

Participant Responsibilities
Participants in this campaign guarantee that their answers and comments posted by them do not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
If a participant causes damage to other participants or third parties through comments or images posted by that participant, that participant will be liable to compensate the victims for such damages.
If the Participant does not compensate the victim for the damage, the Secretariat may claim appropriate compensation from the Participant on behalf of the victim.
If a participant causes damage to our company or the secretariat through acts that violate these terms of use or through fraudulent or illegal acts, our company and the secretariat will claim damages from the participant.
Delete a post
If the secretariat determines that any of the following applies, the post may be deleted without prior notice.

Changes, interruptions, and cancellations of the campaign
In the event that any of the following events occur or at the discretion of the Secretariat, the content of this campaign may be changed, interrupted, or cancelled, or the address (URL) may be changed without prior notice to participants, and participants agree to this. Our store and the Secretariat shall not be held liable for any damages suffered by participants or third parties as a result of this.

Agreed jurisdiction
Any disputes arising between our company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance depending on the amount of the claim.
Liability
In the event that a dispute arises between a participant and a third party in relation to the content of the application or other use of this campaign, the participant shall resolve the dispute at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage to our store or the secretariat. In the event that the participant causes any damage to our store or the secretariat, the participant may claim damages from the participant.
